1.What is CommonKart’s return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.
2. How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
3. How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days in INR to your original payment method.
4. Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across India at no extra charge for your convenience.
5. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please report any damaged product within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos. If eligible, we will send a free replacement.
6. Is online payment on CommonKart secure?
Yes, we use secure, encrypted payment gateways to protect your payment and personal information.
7. How long does delivery take within India?
We usually deliver orders within 4 – 6 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship orders within India.
9. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
It will take usually between 1-2 business days.
10. Where do you ship from?
We ship from our manufacturing factory or warehouse located in Bangalore, India.
11. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive confirmation after placing their orders (NOTE: Please contact us if you don't receive one)
